Florida Sealcoating LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Estimator to manage project cost estimation, bidding, and financial oversight while ensuring successful project execution. This role requires in-depth knowledge of asphalt paving, striping, milling, and roadway construction, with a strong understanding of materials, labor, and equipment costs specific to the asphalt industry.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asphalt and paving operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asphalt paving, striping, milling, or construction estimating.).
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, equipment, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and DOT specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build client relationships.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Location & Travel Requirements:
- Work is in-person at our Sanford, FL office.
- Travel to job sites for assessments, client meetings, and crew check-ins is required.
