What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areas
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Conduct inspections and ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize work orders and resident needs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good working order
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of general repairs, systems, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- HVAC or other certifications a plus (but not required)
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive hourly rate: $18–$23/hr, based on experience
