<li> 10-12 scheduled patients per day; 30 minute routine office visit with no double booking</li>

<li> Outpatient-only with no hospital work</li>
<li> eClinical Solutions EMR</li>
<li> Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm</li>
<li> Shared after hours phone call</li>
<li> Managed care model. Greater emphasis on preventive care and education rather than high volumes.</li>
<li> Requires recent experience in Managed Care specifically with Humana, Careplus Medicare Advantage Members.</li>
<li> Experience in meeting HEDIS measures</li>
<li> Very personal service</li>
