Role Description

Premier Wellness Centers is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our onsite clinical team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This role is ideal for a clinician who values hands-on outpatient orthopedic care and enjoys working in a collaborative chiropractic clinic environment. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of care as a long-tenured therapist transitions out, while supporting a diverse patient population with a holistic, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services
• Treat a broad patient demographic ranging from pediatrics to seniors
• Collaborate closely with chiropractors and other wellness providers on integrated care plans
• Educate patients on movement, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Track patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Florida licensure requirements
• Contribute positively to clinic culture and the overall patient experience

Basic Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required (home-health-only backgrounds not eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working in a multidisciplinary, chiropractic-aligned clinic setting
• Ability to treat a diverse range of patients and conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
• Prior experience in an integrated or holistic care environment
• Strong interest in patient education and wellness-focused care
• Cultural alignment with concierge-style, whole-person healthcare

Compensation & Benefits

• Onsite Full Time: $50/hr, 40hrs/week w/potential sales bonus based on clinic sales/incentives.
• Telehealth Part Time: $50/hr (MWF 8:30am - 5pm ET), performing remote consults while in‑clinic doctors handle exams.
