- Have a warm, professional demeanor and genuine love for working with children, families, and educators
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum support
- Be comfortable using and managing school software (attendance, communication platforms, etc.)
- Have experience managing or contributing to social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) — strong plus!

- Assisting with staff scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing training compliance (DCF & in-house)
- Helping prepare for licensing inspections, quality assurance visits, and documentation reviews
- Managing communications with families, including tours, onboarding, and parent inquiries
- Overseeing attendance records, immunization compliance, and incident reporting
- Supporting curriculum implementation and classroom planning
- Helping lead staff meetings, internal communication, and team-building initiatives
