We are seeking a reliable, skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and repair of our RV park property. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, self-motivated, and experienced in general maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Carpentry repairs including doors, trim, decks, and minor structural work
- Basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and unclogging drains
- Minor electrical work including replacing outlets, switches, lighting, and troubleshooting basic issues
- Painting and surface prep as needed
- Identify maintenance concerns and report larger repair needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman-type work
- Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and painting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness and ability work outdoors in Florida weather
