The Navarro law Firm is seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services and fostering the professional growth of our staff.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, motions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
· Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
· Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
· Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate case files and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
· Admitted to the Florida Bar.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law and civil litigation.
· Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive starting salary: $70,000.00 – $125,000.00 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
· Annual bonus opportunity: up to $50,000.00 based on performance.
