Nelson Mullins, a national AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Corporate, Business, or Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful affordable housing projects nationwide.

Ready to Drive Complex Real Estate Transactions?

In this fast-paced Commercial Real Estate role, you'll be a vital support to attorneys, collaborating with a team on all transaction phases, with a significant focus on affordable housing. Your responsibilities will include in-depth document review (purchase agreements, ground leases, title), meticulous preparation (memos, checklists), and proactive management to keep deals moving forward.

Key Responsibilities at a Glance:

  • Transaction Management: Play a key role in all stages of real estate transactions, particularly in affordable housing.
  • Due Diligence Expertise: Masterfully review and analyze critical documents like purchase agreements, leases, and title reports, identifying key information and potential issues.
  • Closing Coordination: Efficiently organize and execute closing processes, including document preparation, financial reconciliation, and post-closing tasks.
  • Leasing Support: Handle commercial leasing matters, from drafting and reviewing documents to ensuring compliance and facilitating execution.

You're a proactive and detail-oriented self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively. While legal-specific education and experience are valued, relevant professional experience will also be considered.
