Compensation: $50-$80 monthly per maintained pool (35%-40% commission); $80k-$120k/yr potential.
Additional Compensation/Commissions: We also provide training for equipment repair, you can earn extra money doing pool equipment repair jobs and earn commissions for new pool signups.

Job Description
As a Pool Technician, you’ll maintain and service residential pools, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. After a 1-month paid training period ($18/hr), you’ll transition to a commission-based role earning 35%-40% of pool service revenue ($50-$80 per maintained pool). Work your own hours between 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Sunday (weekends optional). Some Techs choose to work 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential pools (vacuuming, skimming, chemical balancing, equipment checks).
- Provide excellent customer service to high-end clients.
- Perform basic pool audits and recommend maintenance strategies.
- Optional: Upsell services or repairs for additional commission.
Requirements
- No degree or prior experience required—full training provided!
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in South Florida weather.
- Ideal age: 18-35; gym enthusiasts a plus (physical role).
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Own truck preferred but not required ($100/week bonus if used).
- Valid driver’s license.
