Civil Project Manager | Senior Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager/Sr Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design projects and providing expertise in civil engineering principles, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Develop and review engineering designs and specifications for various projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
- Review and approve project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 5+ years (OR 8+ years for Sr PM)of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Experience with water resources, wastewater management, and treatment systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Familiarity with FDOT and FDEP regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
