Job Description
Prepping patient charts for office visits. Gathering all pertinent medical records for office visits, entering all past medical history into EHR, and assisting physician in patient consultation when needed, MUST know how to perform blood draw and EKG's.
Position is responsible for:
- Check in/ Check out
- Rooming Patients
- Obtaining Vital Signs including Blood Pressure, Temp, Height/Weight
- Giving injections
- Charting in Electronic Medical Record
- Triaging Patient Phone Calls
- Procedures including Ear Lavage, EKG testing. Assisting Physician (Provider) as needed, Blood Draws.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Computer Skills (Preferably experience with EMR/EHR) Ability to Multi-Task
Preforming Front Desk Tasks
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Small Office -Attendance and Punctuality is critical
HS Diploma/GED
Certified Medical Assistant Preferred
Bilingual a MUST, fluent in Spanish
Excellent Computer Skills
