Job Description
We are seeking a Fabrication Welder to become an integral part of our team!&nbsp;The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products</li>
<li>Install and repair various equipment and components</li>
<li>Follow blueprints to meet product&nbsp;specifications</li>
<li>Calculate material measurements to verify specifications</li>
<li>Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
<ul>
<li>Thorough understanding of horizontal fillet welds with the ability to consistently perform them to specification</li>
<li>Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 structural welding code</li>
<li>Ability to set up and adjust welding machines independently</li>
<li>Proficient in MIG welding</li>
<li>Knowledge and practical experience with the following welding processes:</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>GMAW </li>
<li>SMAW </li>
<li>FCAW </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience in fabrication or structural welding environments</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols</li>
</ul>
