Your Role as a Home Health Manager, RN
- Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
- Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.
- Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.

In this position, you’ll have hybrid flexibility, combining in-office leadership days with remote monthly workdays to support documentation review and team oversight.

Qualifications
- An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required)
- One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (preferred)

What We Offer
- Compensation: Salary starting at $82,500 and increasing based on experience + quarterly bonus incentives
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM hybrid role (in-office + remote days each month)
- Additional Earning Potential
- EMR & Charting: We utilize WellSky (formerly Kinnser) and provide dictation/transcription tools for efficient documentation
