The Pipe Inspection and Repair Manager is responsible for overseeing pipe cleaning, CCTV inspection and trenchless pipe repairs on a variety of projects throughout the Central Florida area.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee multiple crews performing pipe cleaning, CCTV inspections and associated trenchless pipe repairs, including pressure grouting and CIPP liner installations.
- Coordinate with field crews and schedule vac trucks to perform pipe cleaning prior to CCTV inspections.
- Coordinate with field crews to schedule and complete CCTV inspections on sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems.
- Coordinate with office personnel on preparation and review of QC reports after completion of inspections.
- Perform site readiness visits prior to mobilizing crews to ensure resources are available and efficiently allocated.
- Coordinate dewatering efforts as needed prior to mobilization including plug installations, pumping systems down, etc.
- Review daily reports and productions levels of field crews.
- Review pipe inspections reports and videos; make repair recommendations when necessary.
- Provide recommendations on company policies and procedures to enhance productivity and ensure accuracy.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience and a strong knowledge working with pipe cleaning, inspections and trenchless pipe repair methods
- Computer proficiency with previous experience on software programs such as Microsoft Office and HCSS desirable
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings
- Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects at once.
- Notable organizational and planning skills
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds
- English and Spanish fluency a plus, but is not required
- High school diploma/GED preferred
