About the Role:

The Donor Greeter at GIPB plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and positive environment for donors and visitors. This position is responsible for ensuring that all individuals who enter the facility feel valued and appreciated for their contributions. The Donor Greeter will engage with donors, providing them with information about the organization and its mission, while also addressing any questions or concerns they may have. By creating a friendly atmosphere, the Donor Greeter helps to enhance donor retention and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization. This role is essential in building strong relationships with the community and promoting ongoing support for our initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or donor relations role.
  • Familiarity with social assistance programs and community resources.
  • Bilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse donor base.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome donors and visitors as they arrive at the facility.
