What Youll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs and classroom support staff.
• Facilitate social skills groups to promote interaction and self-regulation.
• Collaborate with school personnel, caregivers, and other professionals for integrated service delivery.
• Use trauma-informed and assent-based strategies to maintain ethical, compassionate care.

Who You Are

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Experience in school or community settings preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable supervising RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Passionate about providing person-centered, ethical ABA care
