Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-time
Compensation: $95K–$160K base + 10% bonus eligibility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned paralegal with deep expertise in commercial real estate development to support a dynamic legal team. This fully onsite role reports directly to the General Counsel and provides critical transactional and administrative support across acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track due diligence for real estate transactions

  • Draft corporate resolutions, consents, and certifications

  • Maintain legal calendars, post-closing logs, and litigation tracking

  • Review and assist with agreements, easements, and development documentation

  • Manage corporate filings, entity records, and signature processes

  • Submit and track legal invoices; maintain internal legal systems

  • Serve as a notary and collaborate with legal team members on daily operations


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate (acquisitions, financings, dispositions)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Florida Notary Public license

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with discretion and initiative
