Job Summary: Construction/Demo General Labor

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction General Laborer / Demolition Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with general construction tasks, demolition, site clean-up, and material handling on various job sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and a willingness to work in various outdoor and indoor environments. Previous experience working in construction and/or demolition would be a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition of structures, walls, flooring, fixtures, and other building components as directed.
• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor duties throughout the workday.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades.
• Report any issues, hazards, or equipment problems to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, demolition, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.

Work Conditions:

• Job sites may vary in location and may require travel.
• Work is typically performed outdoors and indoors on active construction sites.
• Must be able to work in environments with dust, noise, and physical hazards

Position Type: Full Time Temp to Perm

Pay: $17.00-$18.00

Schedule: Day Shift start and end times vary with jobs
