Ideal as supplementary income for a licensed agent at any level! Our team is in search of a part-time motivated LICENSED real estate sales assistant /agent to learn as they grow. We are a top-producing office in the waterfront condo niche locally, looking to add talent to assist established team members in growing sales.

You’ll call back and nurture leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, search and coordinate showings, and assist where and when needed. Must move your license to our office, be committed, and available. Apply now! A Florida Real Estate License is required.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads

• Search properties and coordinate showings
• Other assistant-related activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
