Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Optical Sales Associate to join our growing team. As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking expert advice on eyewear products, from prescription glasses and sunglasses to lenses and accessories. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others and is excited to provide personalized recommendations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, helping them find the best eyewear solutions based on their needs, style, and budget.

Assist with eyewear fittings and adjustments to ensure a comfortable and stylish fit.

Educate customers on different lens options, frame materials, and eyewear features.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.

Collaborate with the optometrist team to ensure proper patient care and follow-up.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing store, including inventory management and stocking of products.

Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends, product knowledge, and technology.

Qualifications:
