Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Sebring, FL. This role involves applying psychological principles and assessments to promote students' academic, social, and emotional success across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to address student needs
- Assist in crisis management and behavioral interventions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and comply with state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida School Psychologist licensure
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing and assessment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Full contract length for the current school year
