A luxury property in Aventura is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead daily operations and oversee a small team, including an assistant.
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
️ Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance staff and contractors
• Perform hands-on repairs and inspections
• Ensure building systems and preventative maintenance are up to standard
