We are currently seeking a Nocturnist. This role involves working exclusively during overnight hours. Applicants should be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and have the capability to provide outstanding patient care during the night.

Team Collaboration:

• Become part of our cohesive team comprising 14 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers at our facility.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare while positively impacting the St. Augustine and North Florida regions.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals with various backgrounds, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Practice at the Heart of the Community

Flexible Work Schedule:

• Work nights with a schedule of one week on and one week off.
• Collaborative scheduling ensures adequate coverage during time off.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage admissions and provide cross-coverage support with assistance from a nocturnist advanced practice provider.
• Work in a closed ICU setting without responsibilities for codes or rapid response.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $1,700 per night shift, with additional productivity and quality incentives.
  • Receive a $385 bonus for each extra shift worked beyond 45 per quarter.
