Ellie Mental Health (Ellie) is rapidly expanding across South Florida, and we are seeking a Part Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our brand-new clinics serving Broward County, Florida. Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Ellie makes the clinicians experience a priority by offering excellent compensation, training, exible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and an incredibly inclusive environment. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more. The role will be primarily located in our Weston, FL location, with exibility for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and tele-health options. Responsibilities include:

Clinical supervision of registered interns (RMHCI, RCSWI, and RMFTI) to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.
Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced- based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Review and revise documentation of services provided by registered interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of lling gaps in our community
Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
Review and sign documentation in accordance with Clinic policies as well as contract guidelines.
Handling escalated clinical issues and client complaints and staffing with Clinic Director
Coordinating with other CD/ACD to ensure integrated service delivery

Required Qualications and Skills:

Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related eld from an accredited college or university
Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Florida
Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related elds.
Multicultural competence in mental health
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Procient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required

Competitive compensation expected range from $40,000 to $50,000 based on hours devoted to Ellie.
