Full-Time | On-Site | $50,000–$60,000 annually
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to find a skilled Legal Assistant with a strong background in No-Fault Litigation. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Jacksonville, Florida, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and are passionate about supporting insurance defense litigation teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys, including managing calls, document handling, and time entry.

Draft, revise, and format legal documents such as motions, answers, and client reports.

File court documents electronically.

Convert and manage documents between Word and PDF formats.

Maintain accurate records and prepare expense reimbursements.

Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.

Support client communications and case updates.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a US law firm setting supporting busy civil litigation defense attorneys in a legal assistant or legal secretary role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word with a typing speed of 55+ WPM (assessment required.)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with electronic court filing systems (FL required and NY is helpful.)
Schedule & Compensation:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Competitive salary range: $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience.
