Job DescriptionAlliance Workforce has partnered with a growing company in Broward County to find a Quality Control LeadResponsibilities:
- Inspect WIP, inbound, and outbound parts; prepare First Article Reports.
- Generate detailed QC reports with findings, corrective actions, and compliance insights.
- Use technical narratives, charts, and spreadsheets to present QC results.
- Establish and track Quality KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Lead TCQ (Total Cost of Quality) measurement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Communicate with customers, resolve complaints, and interpret part prints/specs.
Experience & Skills:
- Mass production metal fabrication experience; sheet metal knowledge is a plus.
- ISO-9000 and AS9100 system experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; excellent communication and documentation skills.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in Quality Management.
- Experience in high-volume metal fabrication (stamping and spring processes a plus).
- Knowledge of core quality tools
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
