Senior Fine Jewelry Sales Professional
$25/hr + commission with $5,000 relocation assistance
For experienced high-end retail professionals who enjoy building trust, offering guidance, and creating memorable client experiences. This role is for someone who enjoys working with people and jewelry.

Arden’s Fine Jewelers is a family-owned, high-end jewelry store built on long-term relationships, beautiful pieces, and genuine service. We’re looking for a fine jewelry professional to join our team.
What We Offer
- $25/hour plus commission after a 3-month training period
- Strong earning potential!
- $5,000 relocation assistance (12-month commitment required)

Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend (rotating)
Duties will be
- Create a welcoming environment and exceed customer expectations
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Assist with fine jewelry sales, repairs, and custom projects
- Share jewelry product knowledge with confidence and care
- Maintain a clean, polished showroom
- Answer phone calls and assist with day-to-day store needs as part of the team
- Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a polished, professional presence appropriate for a high-end jewelry environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of high-end retail experience required
- Background in fine jewelry, luxury, fashion, or art is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and personable
- Comfortable in a high-end retail setting
- Eager to learn and grow long-term
