The Groundskeeper/Landscaper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of all outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, walkways, and common spaces. This role ensures that the property is well-kept through regular landscaping, grounds maintenance, and seasonal care, providing a welcoming and safe environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and watering lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  

• Maintain walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces by sweeping, raking, blowing leaves, and removing trash or debris.
  

• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, adjusting settings and performing minor repairs as needed.
  

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  

• Assist with seasonal groundskeeping tasks, including mulching, snow/ice removal, and storm cleanup.
  

• Inspect outdoor areas regularly and report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or equipment issues.
  

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools.
  

• Collaborate with management and vendors on larger landscaping or improvement projects.
  

• Ensure grounds are safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
  

Full-Time Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Compensation up to $19 DOE
