Now Hiring: Production Team Members – Mattress Manufacturing | Riviera Beach, FL
Join our growing team in Riviera Beach, FL, and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and career development. We are currently hiring for roles in the Sewing, Mattress Build, and Material Handling departments.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality mattresses. Depending on your department, your responsibilities may include:
- Sewing Department: Operate sewing machines to stitch fabrics, create pillow tops, and cut materials accurately.
- Matt Build: Work in pairs to assemble mattress interiors using glue, foam, and hand tools such as staple guns and hot glue guns.
- Material Handling: Move and stage materials using push carts to support the production process.
Additional tasks include:
- Inspecting components and finished products for quality
- Following detailed work instructions and safety procedures
- Rotating through various tasks to build new skills
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience using hand tools or working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with sewing machines or quality control is a plus

Work Environment
- Clean, safe, and fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods
- Shifts may start as early as 5 AM and can last up to 12 hours
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided
- Physical work environment with exposure to noise, heat, and some chemicals

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
