<p>Opportunity with a leading construction consulting firm specializing in real estate project management. They are seeking an experienced <b><strong>Construction Manager</strong></b> for a multi-million project on Brickell Avenue in Miami.<br><br>Our client is well established in South Florida. The opportunity requires a hands-on manager who will be an essential leader to drive continued success for the project. Reporting to the Vice President, Construction Oversight, s/he will be a collaborative leader with demonstrated success managing processes and interfacing collaboratively and productively with multiple functions across an organization both here and with the South American headquarters. Experience with punch lists and closing out projects is essential.<br><br>With a minimum of 10 years experience, including building construction in south Florida, the successful candidate will be a <b><strong>bilingual</strong></b>&nbsp;professional with strong execution skills and a demonstrated bias for achieving (or exceeding!) goals and timelines.</p>
