Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AC Technician to join our property maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential AC systems (2-ton units) and a strong track record of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment. You will work as part of our on-site maintenance staff, ensuring that all units are serviced promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain AC units across the property
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC systems
Respond promptly to service requests from residents and management
Work with the maintenance team to ensure units are move-in ready
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of AC/HVAC technician experience (multifamily property experience preferred)
EPA certification required
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and components
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
