Position: AV Assistant Project Manager (APM)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our growing team in delivering high-quality AV and technology integration projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of project management in the custom integration and AV industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide internal operations support, including truck inventory management and delivery of project parts.
• Assist with job closings in coordination with the Controller.
• Generate and review monthly financial reports.
• Support engineering and sales teams with part reviews and requirements.
• Prepare leave-behinds for completed projects.
• Create and manage daily deployment plans for project teams.
• Provide IT support across company locations.
• Participate in daily team meetings, ensuring parts are returned and products are delivered on jobs.
• Support smaller-scale job starts and deployments.
• Manage scheduling adjustments for same-day and next-day needs.
• Maintain professional email communication and follow-up with clients.
• Work with the warehouse team to stage project parts and confirm readiness.
• Review and confirm engraving reports for lighting projects.
• Serve as a support resource for the training center team.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfort with basic IT troubleshooting and support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools a plus.
• Previous experience in AV, technology integration, or project coordination preferred but not required.
