Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and medical histories.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care focused on functional gains and pain management.
• Clinical Intervention: Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (ultrasound, E-stim) to treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with Florida state regulations and insurance requirements.
• Collaboration: Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and PTAs to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Education: Instruct patients and their families on home exercise programs (HEPs) and preventative care strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy / DPT preferred).
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a Florida Physical Therapy License. (We will assist with the transfer of out-of-state licenses).
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience preferred, but New Grads are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, compassionate patient care, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience and setting).
• Relocation: Up to $5,000 relocation stipend + assistance with Florida licensure fees.
