Strong and established real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties. The portfolio consists of properties throughout Palm Beach County.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to property owners’ policies and procedures, as well as compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives</li>
<li>Perform site inspections</li>
<li>Oversee leasing</li>
<li>Resolve any tenant issues</li>
<li>Implement polices &amp; procedures</li>
<li>Manage facilities and maintenance staff</li>
<li>Various related duties as needed</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree a plus</li>
<li>4+ years of commercial property management experience</li>
<li>Prior experience with a property management system</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
