Job DescriptionRedStone Ranch is seeking an experienced Barn Manager to oversee daily operations at our active riding, educational, and events facility. This is a full-time, hands-on position with a schedule that includes weekend work, with the possibility of rotating shifts as staffing expands.Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day barn and ranch operations</li>
<li>Supervise and schedule employees, interns, and volunteers</li>
<li>Manage horse care including feeding, turnout, and wellness coordination</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Riding Academy and Events teams</li>
<li>Maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and organization of the property</li>
<li>Monitor inventory, vendor services, and maintenance needs</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with ranch policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience managing a barn, equine facility, or similar business (do you want 10+ years of less?)</li>
<li>Experience supervising 10 or more employees</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of horse care and equine safety</li>
<li>Highly organized and reliable in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Must be available to work weekends</li>
