A production warehouse in Lakeland, FL is now accepting applications for Warehouse Leads to work the 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each display is free of errors and that the correct amount are accounted for and approved.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor employees to ensure displays are built correctly by using all components according to each projects specifications
- Verify proper alignment of display parts, double scores are folded correctly, product is placed and orientated correctly, and that all displays are prepared for shipping appropriately
- Observe quality issues and report to the production team in timely manner
- Conduct hourly audits on displays using Planogram and BOMs
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by management
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven work experience in a production warehouse
- Experience in a Lead Role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
What You Can Expect
- $16.25/hr, starting pay rate
- Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 6;45am – 03:30pm
