Key Responsibilities
- Represent developers, investors, lenders, and corporate clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, joint venture documents, and financing instruments
- Assist with due diligence, title and survey review, and coordination of transaction closings
- Support large-scale acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, and development projects
- Work closely with partners and clients to structure strategic real estate solutions across diverse asset classes
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in good standing for the applicable office location (or ability to waive in)
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions within a law firm environment
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-service mindset

Base Salary: $240,000 – $260,000
