Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site HVAC Service Technician based in Palm Beach County.
This role is primarily residential service and diagnostics (no heavy installs). You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, diagnosing issues efficiently, and performing preventative maintenance. Our goal is to solve problems the right way while providing a great customer experience.
A typical day includes 4–6 service calls, dispatched in advance, with support from the office when needed.

Qualifications
- +3 years experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and preventative service
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Availability for occasional emergency calls if required
