Who You Are:
- A licensed real estate agent (or currently completing your licensing requirements).

Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with leads and clients.
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations.
- Manage listings, open houses, and property showings.
- Oversee transactions from contract to close.
- Build long-term client relationships and grow your referral base.
Compensation:
Commission-based: $48,000 – $150,000+ annually (based on performance).
