Job Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services in home, community, and school settings. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, train caregivers and staff, coordinate therapy sessions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans based on functional assessments.
Coordinate and schedule therapy sessions, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) sessions.
Train and support parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA techniques.
Collaborate with community professionals, schools, and healthcare providers.
Participate in professional development and adhere to BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Special Education, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of related experience.
BCBA certification required.
Valid Florida Driver’s License.
CPR and HIV/HIPAA certification preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
