Job DescriptionCareer Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Rust Engineer - Solana - this is a fully remote role for candidates based in US/Europe/Dubai/LATAM, but they need to overlap at least 5 hrs with the EST timezone. Salary range: 150-200K USD yearly plus benefits.

The Opportunity: Architecting the Future
This is a ground-floor opportunity with immense ownership. You will be responsible for designing and implementing yoSOL from scratch, serving as the foundational engineer for YO's presence on the Solana network.

Key Responsibilities

Protocol Ownership: Take full ownership of the architecture, design, and implementation of the yoSOL protocol on Solana.

Smart Contract Development: Write, audit, test, and deploy production-grade, highly secure Rust smart contracts (Solana Programs).

System Integrity: Ensure the robustness, security, and efficiency of the core yield aggregation and reallocation logic.

Pioneering Execution: Work with the team to define technical requirements and rapidly ship high-quality, production-ready code from the very beginning.

Essential Qualifications

Rust & Solana Expertise: 3+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade Rust smart contracts.

Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of successfully deploying complex smart contract architecture to Solana.

Security Focus: A deep understanding of smart contract best practices, current industry patterns, and a passion for building secure, robust infrastructure.
