Property Manager – Commercial Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial portfolio, including office and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, financially savvy, and skilled in tenant relations and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties including tenant relations, occupancy, compliance, maintenance, construction, and vendor oversight.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and leasing agents, addressing payments, maintenance requests, legal compliance, and reporting needs.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and emergency responses.
- Collect rent, monitor receivables, approve invoices, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, analyze variances, and present to senior management/ownership.
- Oversee vendors, contractors, and property staff while ensuring service excellence.
- Maintain tenant and vendor files, insurance tracking, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle tenant onboarding/move-outs, lease enforcement, and non-compliance actions as needed.
- Prepare and deliver monthly property reports, financial variance analyses, and tenant improvement tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial property management (office/industrial preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and resolve issues under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
