Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 schedule or 40 hours for 8/10 schedule
\n• Weekend shifts required as needed
\n• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
\n• At least 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred in emergency room setting
\n• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
\n• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
\n• Essential skills include arterial line management, management of dysrhythmias, central line care/management, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, isolation precautions/PPE, and triage
\n• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum for each
\n• Must complete time-sensitive modules averaging 6-15 hours (non-billable)
\n• Must be nicotine free with negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
\n• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
\n• 2 references from direct supervisor/manager required
\n• No on-call requirements
\n• No pending certifications accepted
