Job Purpose: As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Clinic & ARC Manager plays a vital leadership role in the day-to-day oversight of non-medical clinic and ARC operations at Aspire Womens Clinic and Resource Center. This role provides immediate crisis intervention, patient advocacy, compassionate counseling, and comprehensive care coordination. The manager supports and trains non-medical staff and volunteers, oversees workflows and resource distribution, and fosters relationships with local community partners and churches to ensure each patient receives holistic supportspiritual, emotional, and practical.
Key Responsibilities:
Non-Medical Patient Care & Counseling
- Offer patient advocacy & needs assessments in unplanned pregnancies and crisis situations
- Provide emotional, spiritual, and practical client support through coaching and resource referrals
- Identify barriers faced by patients and assist with applying for specific programs or benefits as appropriate
- Facilitate continuation of care through internal and external service and resource navigation
- Share the Gospel where appropriate and document spiritual care conversations
- Coordinate with nursing staff and care coordinators regarding ongoing patient needs
- Handle inquiries related to ongoing care and oversee resource-related follow-ups
- Ensure compassionate, well-trained staff are managing intake experiences (clinic & ARC)
Program & Non-Medical Clinic Operations
- Oversee clinic and ARC daily operations
- Oversee patient flow across continuum of care at Aspire
- Collaborate with Nurse Manager to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws across continuum of care at Aspire Womens Clinic in Naples
- Work closely with ARC Supervisor to ensure compassionate and practical delivery of client care in ARC
- Work closely with Director of Patient Services & Programs to assist in evaluating and refining delivery of non-medical client care as needed
- Monitor and report on monthly dashboard data and patient statistics
- Maintain organization and supply of all patient-facing resource materials
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and support Receptionist, Care Coordinators, ARC Supervisor
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating clinic and ARC team members
- Lead team devotions and promote a Christ-centered staff culture
- Keep Director of Patient Services & Programs well-informed and maintain open channels of communication
- Collaborate with Naples nursing staff daily and Nurse Manager as needed
Community Resource & Outreach Leadership
- Champion best practices in resource navigation and serve as the key advisor to staff on all relevant client support pathways
- Serve as subject matter expert on appropriate local resources and services.
- Ensure staff are trained and equipped with current knowledge and tools to assist clients with necessary resources
- Own the process of all client applications for short-term financial assistance
- Represent PRC at local churches and community events, as assigned
Public Relations & Ministry Events
- Participate fully in ministry events such as the Walk4Life and Annual Gala
- Represent the organization with professionalism and warmth in public-facing settings
- Promote and support donor and ministry initiatives when appropriate
Skills & Qualifications:
- A commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior with a heart for evangelism
- Full agreement with Aspires Mission and Values, Statement of Faith
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a helping field or equivalent experience, ideally Social Work or Counseling
- Counseling experience preferred (lay or professional)
- Experience managing and supervising staff and/or volunteers
- Skilled in interpersonal communication, empathy, and problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and self-manage with initiative
- Experience in volunteer management
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Provides spiritual leadership to staff and volunteers
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly professional, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality
- Bi-lingual preferred; ability to work with diverse individuals in challenging circumstances
