The position will be a paid full-time entry-level position. The individual will gain knowledge and experience in the structural design of concrete, steel, and masonry structures by helping to prepare design calculations, contract drawings and specifications.

Individuals must have a bachelor’s degree (minimum) in civil engineering with structural engineering emphasis. Qualified candidates shall have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented individuals, work well in a small team environment and be motivated to learn and problem solve. Candidate should have a working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD & MathCAD.

Wekiva Engineering is a small Central Florida based firm that provides structural engineering services to clients both locally and throughout the southeastern United States. Wekiva Engineering provides structural engineering services primarily to public utilities, public works and industrial sectors. This includes design, construction, evaluation and rehabilitation of water and wastewater treatment plants and associated facilities, industrial buildings, pump stations and numerous other hydraulic structures throughout the southeastern United States.
