Are you a seasoned Service Advisor who knows how to keep customers happy and the shop humming? Dyer Auto is looking for an upbeat, motivated, and professional advisor to join our high-performing team. We’re not just about oil changes – we’re about building relationships, creating five-star experiences, and turning first-time visitors into lifelong customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet customers with a smile and listen like a pro
  
• Write up repair orders accurately and thoroughly
  
• Communicate repairs clearly between customers and techs
  
• Recommend services in a way that’s honest, helpful, and effective
  
• Stay on top of follow-ups, progress updates, and vehicle statuses
  
• Use tools like CDK and Xtime to streamline the process
  

Who You Are

• You’ve been around the block – 2+ years as a Service Advisor
  
• You know CDK and Xtime (or are a fast learner)
  
• You handle stress with grace and multitask like a boss
  
• You take pride in keeping customers informed and confident
  
• You understand the value of CSI and know how to deliver on it

• You’ve worked in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
  
• You genuinely love cars and customer service

Requirements:

2 Plus years experience as a service Advisor

CDK Or other DMS Experience
