Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this pivotal role, you will manage the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for the team
- Process patient registrations and ensure accurate data entry
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Handle cash and credit transactions, including processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and reception
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations with grace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
