Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:
- The Nursing Clinical Adjunct for Open Lab position facilitates individual and small group instruction by monitoring and coaching ASN and BSN students seeking to improve their clinical skills in an open lab setting. Students may attend on their own or be referred to check-off specific skills by another instructor.
- Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
- Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
- Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
- Working one-on-one with students
- Assessing students and providing developmental feedback
Position Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Must have the FL - RN License
