A vibrant pain management practice in the Cape Coral, Florida area seeks an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty, to address chronic pain conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) to identify conditions and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours, offering a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits:
The position offers a competitive base salary of $350,000-$375,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A guaranteed base salary is provided for the first 1-2 years to ensure a smooth transition into the practice. After this period, compensation shifts to a production-based model, allowing increased earnings based on performance metrics and patient volume. Requirements:
- ACGME-accredited pain management fellowship.
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology preferred.
- Proven experience in interventional pain management procedures.
