Location: West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and manage the scheduling of home care services for our clients

Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and nurses

Provide outstanding customer service and creative problem-solving every day
What We’re Looking For
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proficiency with computer systems (tech savvy is a must!)

Experience in home care scheduling (preferred, but not required)

Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus)

Qualifications

High school diploma (some college preferred)

1+ year scheduling CNAs/HHAs/RNs in a home care setting (preferred)
Work Location: In-person, West Palm Beach office
